You place an order in our online shop. As soon as you have agreed to the terms and conditions and pressed the BUY button, the order is binding. A legally valid contract of sale is created. As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.

After the order confirmation, we will send you the ordered items to the delivery address you specified. The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days.
For orders from abroad, the delivery time can be extended by up to 10 working days.
If the delivery of the goods fails despite repeated delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract.

Our online offer is subject to change and non-binding. As a rule, the items offered in the online shop are available. If it is not possible to deliver one or more items due to a stock discrepancy, we will inform you of this circumstance as soon as possible. Amounts paid will be refunded as soon as possible. Our stated prices are gross ex warehouse and are given in Swiss francs including statutory VAT and including shipping costs. The prices can be converted to EUR in the online shop using the EURO button at the current daily exchange rate.

Shipping (B-Post) is free of charge for deliveries within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. We charge CHF 7.00 for A Mail.

For deliveries within Europe we charge CHF 20.00.
From an order value of CHF 200.00, shipping is free.

For deliveries to all other countries we charge CHF 30.00.
From an order value of CHF 300.00, shipping is free.

The payment methods prepayment, invoice, credit card and PayPal are available for orders within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders from abroad can only be paid for in advance, by credit card or PayPal.

Gift vouchers are vouchers that you can purchase. You can pay for your order with a Noser Fashion voucher. To do this, enter the code on the voucher in the corresponding field of the order. A gift voucher can only be redeemed before completing the order process and for the full amount.

The amount of the voucher is specified. The vouchers are issued exclusively in CHF and are freely transferable.

A cash payment is excluded.

Promotional vouchers (vouchers that you cannot purchase but that we issue as part of advertising campaigns with a specific period of validity) are only valid for our shop, only for the specified period and can only be redeemed once during an order process.

Promotional vouchers can be redeemed from a minimum order value of CHF 50.00; the value of the goods must in any case at least correspond to the amount of the promotional voucher. A difference to a higher value of goods is to be compensated with the offered payment options. Promotional vouchers are neither paid out in cash nor bear interest.

Promotional vouchers cannot be refunded if the ordered products are returned in whole or in part. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The promotional voucher is not transferable and may not be combined with other promotional vouchers. If you used a promotional voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you keep if - due to your cancellation - the total value of the order falls below the value of the promotional voucher.

The goods remain the property of Noser Fashion AG until the purchase price has been paid in full.

You can revoke the contract within 14 days after receipt of the goods with a description of the reason for the return by returning the goods. The return of the goods is at your own responsibility and expense.

Only items that are absolutely undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be returned. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.

You can deduct the amount of a returned item from the total amount. If the total amount has already been transferred to us, you can choose between a voucher or a refund. Shipping costs are not covered.

We ask you to check the delivered items immediately for correctness, completeness and integrity. Complaints about scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Defects will be checked by us immediately. If the defects are accepted, you will receive a replacement item of the same type, if it is in stock, and the shipping costs will be reimbursed. We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your shopping account is only possible after entering your personal password.

This website contains social media buttons. By activating the buttons, you come into direct contact with the corresponding social network. They may use their users' personal data in a non-compliant manner because insufficient information is provided about the use of the data. The place of performance for the seller's delivery is the respective place of dispatch. Place of performance for all other obligations is Vaduz/FL. The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from the business relationship is Vaduz/FL.
The contract concluded between the contracting parties remains binding even if individual provisions or individual sections of these terms and conditions are legally ineffective. An ineffective provision and an ineffective business condition is to be replaced in good faith by a provision that comes as close as possible to the purpose of the ineffective provision or condition and ensures that the economic purpose of the contract is achieved.
