We care about the environment. Please order mindfully – every return avoided helps conserve valuable resources and reduce unnecessary transport.

Before ordering, please check our Size chart or use the size finder, to find the right size.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RIGHT OF RETURN

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods by returning the goods with a description of the reason for the return. The goods are returned at your own responsibility and expense.

For smooth processing, please use our returns portal

Only items that are completely undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted for return. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be taken back. Should this not be the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.

You will receive the return address after successfully registering in the returns portal.

RETURN ADDRESS BY COUNTRY OF ORIGIN

Returns from the EU are sent to an address in Germany.
Returns from Switzerland are sent to a Swiss return address.
The respective address is shown in the returns portal.

REFUND

If you pay by invoice, you can deduct the amount of a returned item from the total amount. If the total amount has already been transferred to us, you can choose between a voucher or a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Orders that have already been paid will be credited promptly after receipt and inspection of the return.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. a different size or color), please place a new regular order. Unfortunately, a direct exchange within an existing order is not possible.
