SCOPE
ORDER AND CONTRACT
You place an order in our online shop. As soon as you have agreed to the terms and conditions and pressed the BUY button, the order is binding. A legally valid sales contract is created. As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email.
OUR DELIVERY AND SALES CONDITIONS
After the order has been confirmed, we will send you the items you have ordered to the delivery address you provided. The usual delivery time is 2 - 5 working days.
For orders from abroad, the delivery time can be extended by up to 10 working days.
If the delivery of the goods fails despite multiple delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract.
OFFER
Our online offer is subject to change and non-binding. As a rule, the items offered in the online shop are available. If it is not possible to deliver one or more articles due to a stock discrepancy, we will inform you of this fact as soon as possible. Amounts paid will be refunded as soon as possible. Order quantities must correspond to normal household quantities.
Prices
Our prices are gross ex warehouse and are given in Swiss francs including VAT and shipping costs.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
For deliveries within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, shipping (B Mail) is free. We charge CHF 7.00 for A Mail.
For deliveries within Europe we charge CHF 20.00.
Shipping is free from an order value of CHF 200.00.
We charge CHF 30.00 for deliveries to all other countries.
Shipping is free from an order value of CHF 300.00.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The payment methods prepayment, invoice, credit card and PayPal are available for orders within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders from abroad can only be paid for in advance, credit card or PayPal.

ADVANCE PAYMENT
If you order in advance, the invoice will be sent to you by email. The invoice is due within 30 days. You can conveniently pay the invoice cashless within this period by post or bank transfer. After we have received your payment, we will send you your order immediately.
INVOICE
If you order on account, the invoice will be sent to you by email. The invoice is due within 30 days after the goods have been dispatched. You can conveniently pay the invoice cashless within this period by post or bank transfer.
CREDIT CARD
You can also pay for your order by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or PayPal using the secure Wallee payment system.
DEFAULT IN PAYMENT
In the event of default in payment, we are entitled to charge you a fee of CHF 9.00 from the second reminder. Reminders and invoices are sent by email. In the event of default in payment, we are also entitled to assign the claim and the resulting costs for the debtor to third parties. The right to claim further damages is reserved.
VOUCHER
Gift vouchers are vouchers that you can purchase. You can pay for your order with a voucher from noser fashion. To do this, enter the code on the voucher in the corresponding field of the order. A gift voucher can only be redeemed for the full amount before completing the order process.
The amount of the voucher is specified. The vouchers are issued exclusively in CHF and are freely transferable.
A cash payment is excluded.
PROMOTION VOUCHERS
Promotional vouchers (vouchers that you cannot buy, but that we issue as part of advertising campaigns with a certain period of validity) are only valid for our shop, only valid for the specified period and can only be redeemed once as part of an order process.
Promotion vouchers can be redeemed with a minimum order value of CHF 50.00; the value of the goods must in any case be at least equal to the amount of the campaign voucher. Any difference to a higher value of the goods must be compensated for with the payment options offered. Promotional vouchers are neither paid out in cash, nor interest.
A reimbursement of campaign vouchers is excluded in the event of partial or full return of the ordered products. Promotion vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The campaign voucher is not transferable and may not be combined with other campaign vouchers. If you used a promotional voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you are keeping if - due to your cancellation - the total value of the order falls below the value of the promotional voucher.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of noser fashion until the purchase price has been paid in full.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RIGHT OF RETURN
You can revoke the contract within 10 days after receipt of the goods with a description of the reason for the return by sending the goods back. The return of the goods is at your own risk and expense.
Only articles that are absolutely intact and in perfect, unworn condition will be taken back. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be taken back. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.

You can deduct the amount of a returned item from the total amount. If the total amount has already been transferred to us, you can choose between a voucher or a refund. Shipping costs are not covered.
DELIVERY DEFECTS
We ask you to check the delivered items immediately for correctness, completeness and intactness. Complaints about scope of delivery, material defects, wrong deliveries and quantity deviations must be communicated to us in writing within 5 working days after receipt of the goods. Defects are checked by us immediately. If the defects are accepted, you will receive an identical replacement item, if in stock, and the shipping costs will be reimbursed. Otherwise, you will be refunded the full amount. WARRANTIES
The statutory provisions apply to the warranty in the event of defects.
PRIVACY
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We observe the applicable data protection regulations and secure your data against unauthorized access by third parties (data security precautions).
Our online shop is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all data on the offer as well as your payment and customer data are securely transmitted to us.
We are entitled to use your personal data to send you special offers or information about new collections. You can revoke your consent to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time by sending an email to info@noser-fashion.com.
We use technical and organizational measures to secure our website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your purchasing account is only possible after entering your personal password.
This website contains social media buttons. By activating the buttons you get in direct contact with the corresponding social network. You may use the personal data of its users in a manner that does not comply with data protection regulations, as insufficient information is provided about the use of the data. Noser fashion is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of your personal data by social networks.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The place of fulfillment for the delivery of the seller is the respective place of dispatch. The place of performance for all other obligations is Vaduz / FL. The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from the business relationships is Vaduz / FL.
The contract concluded between the contracting parties remains binding even if individual provisions or individual clauses of these terms and conditions are legally ineffective. An ineffective provision and an ineffective business condition must be replaced in good faith by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the ineffective provision or condition and ensures that the economic purpose of the contract is achieved.
